About the Position
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Accounts & Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our accounting and finance functions, including financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis. The ideal candidate will have excellent technical accounting skills, strong leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset.

Role Description – Key Responsibilities

1. Financial Reporting: Prepare and present accurate and timely monthly financial reports, budget utilization, project utilization, income statements, and cash flow statements.
2. Budgeting and Forecasting: Grant Management, Donor utilization, manage project wise budgets and forecasts, ensuring expenses alignment with budget line item with proper cost centers.
3. Accounting Operations: Oversee all aspects of accounting operations, daily voucher posting including accounts payable, accounts receivable, vendor & Staff imprest payment and general ledger maintenance for under Section 8 Company/NGO Trust accounting process. Maintain FCRA & Non-FCRA books separately.
4. Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, GST return prepared and filling, FCRA, PF/ESI, TDS regulations, and accounting standards.
5. Internal Controls: Develop and maintain internal controls to ensure the accuracy, Book keeping with proper file maintain, completeness, and integrity of financial data.

Requirements:

1. Qualifications: Professional accounting certification (e.g., M. Com, MBA).
2. Experience: Minimum 5-7 years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 2-3 years in a management role.
3. Technical Skills: Proficient in accounting software Tally ERP, and Microsoft Office (e.g., Advance Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
4. Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders.
5. Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate financial risks.
